I lead transformation programmes and I'm obsessively curious about what happens when you push past the pitch deck. When you actually design something, build it, and find out if it works.
I specialise in digital transformation delivery, leading cross-functional teams through complex programmes across enterprise platforms, data strategy, and change management. My client history includes work with Alpro, National Geographic, RAI, Fox, and Condé Nast.
Before moving to the UK in 2015, I founded and ran Roomor, a Milan-based digital creative studio serving major media and entertainment brands. That blend of creative production and enterprise delivery still defines how I approach problems.
I also design and build products on the side. SoWScanner, Conductor, and ReportFlow all started as real problems I wanted to take apart, understand and, hopefully, solve.
Rather than separating my professional and neurodivergent identities, I explore how they inform each other. My cognitive profile is central to how I see patterns, dismantle complexity, and build systems that actually hold.
Systematic clarity. Deep pattern recognition. Sustained focus on structural integrity. A need for things to make sense — and the persistence to make them so.
Associative leaps. Creative problem-solving under pressure. High-energy ideation. The ability to see connections others miss — and the restlessness to keep looking.
My personal operating system for AI-accelerated ways of working. Defines the thinking, setup, collaboration, and documentation practices I bring to every product build, delivery work, and experiments alike.
Contract risk analysis tool that encodes 18 years of delivery expertise into automated SOW evaluation, identifying ambiguity, scope gaps, and commercial risk.
PMO reporting automation. Transforms raw project data into structured status reports, reducing weekly reporting overhead from hours to minutes.
Multi-LLM orchestration engine on Google Cloud Run. Routes prompts across models based on task complexity, cost, and latency constraints.
